Cadie Kneip is a Senior Business Program Manager and Copilot Champs Community Lead within Microsoft Digital’s Employee Experience Success organization, where she has grown the Copilot Champs into a 10,000 strong global movement redefining how employees learn, experiment, and adopt AI across Microsoft. She designs high impact learning experiences that blend strategy, creativity, and just the right touch of magic to make AI feel accessible, energizing, and genuinely fun. A champion of human centered transformation, Cadie specializes in turning complex AI shifts into clear, confidence building pathways that help employees thrive in an AI powered workplace. Outside of Microsoft, she leads the nonprofit Families Helping Families, supporting Puget Sound neighbors and caregivers through meals, gifts, and community events. Her work is grounded in the belief that transformation begins when everyday intentional actions strengthen teams, uplift communities, and spark discovery as people step into what’s possible with AI.
