Contest Rules

  • Participants must be registered for the 2026 Microsoft 365 Community Conference.
  • Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted. Entries must be submitted on one of the indicated social networks: LinkedIn, X, Facebook or Instagram by 11:59ET March 02, 2026.
  • Entries must include the required hashtag, contest social media post, including a selfie picture of the contestant with a Microsoft-related item, logo or image.
  • Inappropriate or unprofessional entry images will not be considered and your entry will be voided.
  • Entries meeting the contest rules will selected by and at the discretion of the contest organizers: NextGen 365 Events.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation and receipt of any prize is permitted under their employer’s policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.
  • By entering the contest, participants accept all responsibility for compliance with the law, industry regulations and their employer’s policies.
  • Participation is void where restricted or prohibited by law, regulation, or employer policy.
  • Winners will be notified via email by March 12th and must confirm their prize within 5 business days of being notified or potentially forfeit their prize.
