AI apps and agents increasingly handle sensitive data—so governance can’t stop at the UI. In this session, learn how to integrate Microsoft Purview APIs/SDK into your apps to evaluate user activities, prompts, and AI responses against Purview policies, then enforce actions such as blocking, allowing, or applying protections—directly in the experience. We’ll cover where to call the APIs in the workflow (e.g., determining protection scopes and processing content for policy evaluation) and how to build “compliance by design” into agent development so security is the default, not an afterthought.
