Speaker: Richie Wallace

Richie Wallace has been at Microsoft for over 20 years in various roles. He’s currently a Principal Program Manager within Microsoft’s Office 365 Customer Experience (CxP) FastTrack organization. This team plays a critical role in driving customer success and accelerating cloud adoption across enterprise environments. Within the FastTrack organization, Richie is part of the Federal team, with customers ranging from MITRE to Department of Justice (DOJ) to the Department of Defense (DoD). Richie specializes in Copilot enablement, data readiness, and secure collaboration experiences, with a strong focus on Office 365 deployment and adoption. Richie’s recent work includes collaborating with key stakeholders across Microsoft and DoD to securely integrate M365 Copilot into the DoD application portfolio.
