Mike Powers is a Senior Service Engineer – AI Administrator in Microsoft’s internal IT organization responsible for managing Microsoft 365 Copilot features, Agent 365, and enterprise AI operations. He works closely with Microsoft’s internal product groups, Tenant Trust, and security stakeholders to ensure AI and agents are deployed responsibly, governed effectively, and operate at scale. Mike also works with product teams to bridge vision and development with real‑world enterprise operations. He brings a pragmatic, hands‑on perspective to AI administration—grounded in production experience.
