He specializes in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and Copilot Studio, helping global enterprises modernize their digital workplaces and prepare for the next wave of AI. Jim has led some of the largest intranet and Copilot enablement programs in North America, guiding clients through complex migrations, knowledge management redesigns, and the adoption of M365 Copilot and Agentic AI. He is passionate about helping organizations move beyond static portals and reimagine their intranets as the foundation for an AI-powered, agentic workforce.
