Session: Good Practice: Designing Communities for Viva Engage

This session will provide good practices for nurturing effective communities. Too many organizations deploy technology and expect communities to form spontaneously. A few might, but many struggle to find members or purpose. This session will offer good practices that encourage community formation, help communities find purpose, and integrate them into the fabric of leadership and execution so they don’t feel like an ancillary task, but rather a foundation for personal and team success.
